Do you want to improve cellulite, eliminate the unpleasant "orange peel" appearance, reduce the circumference of certain areas and intensively moisturize your skin? All this can be achieved quickly thanks to body mesotherapy!
Cellulite reduction and toning
through body mesotherapy
Who are we talking to?
Body mesotherapy is aimed at people who want to reduce the 'orange peel' appearance of their skin (cellulite), tone and shape their body, reduce stretch marks or improve skin health and blood circulation. This procedure can be useful for people who have not achieved the desired results through diet and exercise, but want to achieve a better body shape. The body mesotherapy procedure can be applied to several areas of the body, including the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, arms and hips. It is important to talk to a medical specialist before deciding to undergo a body mesotherapy treatment to learn more about the benefits and potential risks of this procedure. Also, body mesotherapy may be contraindicated in the case of certain medical conditions or allergies to some of the substances injected, so your doctor will carry out a health assessment and recommend the best treatment option for each individual patient.

The benefits of mesotherapy in SKINMED®
What is body mesotherapy?
Body mesotherapy is used as a treatment for dermatological and aesthetic conditions such as: cellulite, localized adiposity (liposomes), stretch marks, scars or regenerative therapy of the tegument of the neckline or back of the hands.
Body mesotherapy is a non-invasive procedure in which a combination of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals and amino acids, are injected under the skin to reduce cellulite, shape the body and improve skin health.
The treating doctor draws up a therapeutic protocol, describing the substances used, the total number of sessions and their frequency (for example, 7-10 sessions every 7-10 days for cellulite and 3-5 sessions every 2-4 weeks for epidermal regeneration).
It is very important to perform maintenance sessions every 6 months-1 year.
Benefits of body mesotherapy
Cellulite reduction:
Cellulite is caused by the accumulation of fat and toxins under the skin. Injecting substances to eliminate these toxins and stimulate blood circulation can help reduce the 'orange peel' appearance of the skin and improve its texture.
Shaping the body:
Injecting substances that help burn fat and remove excess fluid from tissues supports body shaping and contouring.
Skin toning:
Mesotherapy stimulates collagen and elastin production, helps tone the skin and improve its appearance.
Stretch mark reduction:
The substances used stimulate tissue regeneration and improve blood circulation, which can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
Improve skin health:
Injecting nutrients can help improve skin health by moisturising and reducing inflammation.
Reduced joint pain:
Injecting anti-inflammatory and analgesic substances can help reduce joint pain and other health problems associated with inflammation.

Frequently asked questions
What is body mesotherapy?
Body Mesotherapy is a non-invasive procedure in which a combination of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals and amino acids, are injected under the skin to reduce cellulite, shape the body and improve skin health.
Active substances are natural ingredients of the body's tissues, essential to their functioning, which actively participate in cellular metabolism, inducing the activation of metabolic pathways.
These substances are used to achieve different results, depending on the problem we want to treat, for example melting fat cells, improving circulation, reducing fibrosis. They also stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis.
Main roles of injected substances:
- stimulates cell repair and multiplication, ensuring cell integrity and tissue health;
- acts on important biological processes in the ageing process with reversibility;
- corrects exaggerated skin laxity due to remodelling effects by inducing or accelerating the natural process of synthesis of supporting fibres. The skin thus regains its elasticity, firmness and tone..
What does the body mesotherapy procedure involve?
Mesotherapy is a painless, non-invasive needle technique performed manually (syringe with a very fine needle) or instrumentally (using specially designed devices - pen or gun).
This procedure involves the introduction of a cocktail of substances, determined by the doctor according to the patient's needs and situation, into the integument at the mesodermal level by means of microinjections.
Local anaesthesia is not mandatory, it can be performed without, depending on the patient's level of tolerance.
What are the risks of body mesotherapy?
Risks are minimal and side effects are low. There may be small bruising or haematomas in areas of laxity, redness, local pain, burning, itching or a minor local allergic reaction.
What are the contraindications of body mesotherapy therapy?
Body mesotherapy may be contraindicated in the case of certain medical conditions or allergies to some of the injected substances, so before the procedure, your doctor will carry out an assessment of your health and recommend the best treatment option.
When is mesotherapy used?
This procedure has multiple applications: reduction of fat deposits, cellulite, stretch marks, hair loss, acne, scars and rejuvenation (wrinkles, laxity, hyperpigmentation).
When will you notice the results of mesotherapy?
Results are seen 2-4 weeks after starting treatment and will improve after each session.
How is a mesotherapy session conducted?
Before starting, the skin is cleansed with an antiseptic solution, and then possibly an anaesthetic cream is applied. The treatment consists of multiple injections of small amounts of mesotherapy solution with fine needles. The procedure takes 20-30 minutes.
How does the skin look after mesotherapy?
The skin is usually reddened and there may be small swelling and bruising from the injection, but this disappears after 2-3 days.
