Ultrasound is an easy, repetitive, non-irradiative diagnostic method using ultrasound.
It is for all age groups and can be done without contraindications. It provides valuable information about the abdominal organs (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, bladder, uterus and adnexa, prostate) thyroid, breast, arteries and veins.
Gynecological and obstetrical ultrasound completes with fine details of the uterus and adnexa (ovaries, fallopian tubes) as well as follows the dynamics of a pregnancy being the first to signal fetal malformations or disturbances of the development in physiological parameters.
It is also a complementary method to mammography in the early detection of breast diseases and is also addressed to patients under 40 years of age, eligible age for mammography. Easy to diagnose and monitor thyroid disorders is easily accepted by the patient as a dignostic method.
