The FemiTight CO₂ laser emits laser waves in the form of fine energy pixels for rejuvenation of the vulvar area or for depigmentation of the vulvar, perineal (area between the vagina and anus), perianal, inguinal area and the inner face of the thighs.
The pixelated energy applied to the tissues of the genital area penetrates and improves the quality of the mucosa or skin by stimulating the synthesis of collagen, elastin and increasing vascularity. Treated tissues will be firmer, more elastic, more resilient.

How does the FemiTight CO₂ laser work?
The treatment is performed with a cylindrical laser probe, mimicking the shape of the vagina, which is inserted into the vagina and safely and effectively transmits pixelated laser energy. This begins the treatment of remodelling the basal layers of the vaginal mucosa by stimulating collagen and elastin synthesis.
Fractional laser emissions can penetrate and stimulate the skin to achieve clearer, younger, firmer, more aesthetic skin.
The depigmentation or rejuvenation treatment can be combined in the same session with other gynaecological aesthetic procedures: laser or combined rejuvenation (own plasma or hyaluronic acid therapy) for the vulvar area, vaginal rejuvenation, O-shot, G-spot augmentation.
Before the procedure, the area is cleaned with an antiseptic solution, an anesthetic cream is applied for 20-30 minutes. Perform the procedure and apply an antibiotic cream. The procedure is not painful but a slight stinging/burning sensation may be felt during the procedure. The procedure does not require bed rest, the patient returns to her daily activities the same day. The procedure takes 30-45 minutes.

How is laser treatment for bleaching (depigmentation) in the genital area performed?
Before the procedure, an initial consultation with your dermatologist is required. During this consultation, the area to be treated is assessed and potential contraindications to the procedure are identified.
Based on the initial consultation the treatment plan is established - usually 3-4 sessions are carried out at 4-6 week intervals for optimal results.
What tests are required before treatment?
A gynaecological consultation with Pap smear and vaginal secretion cultures is required before treatment.
What post-procedure guidelines are there?
After the procedure, the doctor recommends certain care products, no sexual contact for 3-5 days, no sun exposure for 3 months and waxing is prohibited.
Is the procedure painful?
The procedure is painless, uses local anaesthesia and does not require interruption of daily activities, but it is recommended to avoid sexual contact for 5 days.
The patient may feel tenderness or slight discomfort 2-3 days after the procedure and no post-procedure medication is required.
When do the results appear?
Results start to show after 4-6 weeks.
